thespaCLINIC Ltd requires that all visitors to this site agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this site. By accessing the site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We take a refundable deposit of £50 for all our consultations or 50% of the total treatment cost in the case of individual treatments to ensure attendance.

Should you proceed with a treatment(s), this deposit will be taken from the total cost. If you do not proceed following your consultation, the deposit will be refunded. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours before your appointment.

Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being retained (or the treatment deducted from your course if no deposit held) by thespaCLINIC. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.

Refund Policy
Products purchased from thespaCLINIC that are in their original packaging, have not been used in any way and have a purchase receipt can be exchanged for a new product(s) or spa credit only.

No money will be refunded on gift cards as the refund will be issued as a clinic credit.

Minors Policy

At thespaCLINIC, most of our treatments can be enjoyed by those aged between 16-18 years old. We do, however, require that anyone between these ages is accompanied for their treatment by a parent or responsible adult who must be present in the treatment room throughout the time it takes for us to provide the treatment. Without a parent or responsible adult present, we will be unable to carry out the treatment and there will be a need to reschedule the appointment. As the appointment is also subject to our Cancellation Policy, there may also be a risk of the deposit being forfeited

Restrictions on Use

The text, images, graphics, sound files, animation, video and/or their arrangement on the thespaCLINIC Website are all subject to intellectual property right protection and such material from www.thespaclinic.co.uk and any other world wide web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by thespaCLINIC or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies (collectively thespaCLINIC) may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of thespaCLINIC. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates thespaCLINIC intellectual property rights. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this site, but remain with thespaCLINIC, who owns full and complete title to the material in this site.
