Conveniently located in the Montpellier area of Harrogate between the Crown Hotel and the White Hart Hotel and only a few minutes’ walk from the fabulous Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms, thespaCLINIC is very accessible. There is three-hour free disc parking very close-by on the right-hand side of Valley Drive or for one hour on the left-hand side. Free parking is available on Harlow Moor Drive which is a 10-minute walk to the spa. There are also a number of Pay & Display parking bays very close to the spa around the Montpellier Hill area and a Pay & Display Car Park at the Royal Baths.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment unless stated otherwise. Please note all timings of treatments are approximate. Regretfully, late arrival to your scheduled appointment will result in reduced treatment time at the full treatment price unless advised by a member of the thespaCLINIC team otherwise.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the £50 deposit being retained by thespaCLINIC. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another guest.

As we see your treatment time as time for you and for the convenience of other guests enjoying their treatment as-well-as for safety reasons, we kindly request that you are not accompanied by children for your treatment. The minimum age for treatments is 16 with parental consent and accompaniment.

Out of respect for all of our guests we ask that all mobile telephones must be switched to silent when entering thespaCLINIC for treatments.

Please inform your therapist prior to your appointment if you are undergoing any medical treatment, are taking medication, have any known allergies, have a herpetic breakout (e.g. coldsore), have undertaken any aesthetic treatments or permanent make-up in the last 14 days, had any facial waxing/laser/threading in the last seven days, are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. It may be advisable not to proceed with the booked treatment for your own welfare. Your personal information will remain in a guest confidentiality agreement with thespaCLINIC.

A doctors agreement letter may be required before a treatment is carried out. This is standard practice for your own well-being.
